It is very important to provide our office with the most complete set of answers as possible so that we may make an informed decision regarding the best possible route for you to be able to immigrate to Canada.
If you are a Canadian citizen and you are seeking our advice on how best to enter USA for business or pleasure purposes then please also complete this questionnaire. The questions may be geared towards immigrating to Canada but the Department of Homeland Security needs to know the same information concerning your background in terms of education and work experience so please pay particular attention to those questions and provide us with as much detailed information as possible.
